Up for sale is this very well kept 1995 Rexhall Aerbus.I am the second owner as I purchased it from a couple that decided to upgrade to a different version but with slideouts.Coach has been well maintained mechanically.The engine starts right up even after sitting for long periods of time.I rec- ently replaced both AC covers.The decals are peeling due to a pressure cleaning mishap.There is a small crack in the windshield.The generator works superb,the refrigerator is not the original refrig- erator,heater(furnace)works perfectly recently serviced,most of the carpet was replaced with wood flooring,the sink and stove cabinet"s been replaced a shown as well as the bedroom flooring,water pump works fine,no visible rust above or under the carriage,tires have plenty of rubber.Coach has 94,718 original miles on it. Known issues are: 1. When we purchased it both Ac units worked when connected to shore power,now only one works when connected to shore power(Front Unit).Both AC"s work when generator is on. 2. The bathroom sink top cabinet"s been replaced as well as the lower cabinet from a past water leak. 3. The bathroom floor is wood also now due to a past water leak. 4. The shower sunroof dome will need to be replaced due to cracks. 5. Some sections of the roof"s been resealed with roofing tape but thats pretty commom with these coaches. 6. The front overhead compartment was replaced due to past waterleaks which has been repaired. 7. Storage compartments are nice an clean Coach was for local use only which is why mileage is still reasonably low.
