Featherlite Aluminum 4 horse slant gooseneck trailer with living quarters. 10 foot short wall living quarters were completely gutted, re-insulated, re-wired, and built like new. Brand new leather jack knife sofa, brand new carpet and pad (never slept on - just installed), new led lights inside and out, new speakers inside and out, new flooring. Air conditioner. Brand new skylight. It"s plumbed for a sink, but since I"m not keeping it (it"s too big for my property), I didn"t install a sink. I figured the next owner could pick out his own sink and counter. It has all the tanks as well. Also had axles/bearings/brakes completely serviced (receipts kept and available).
