Vehicle description
1995 Casita 16" Spirit. Purchased from government 2002, refurbished/replaced cabinet doors with mica, bathroom door and table. Replaced refrigerator with three-way (gas, 12-v, 120 v). Replaced all carpeting, replaced hot water heater with dual gas and 120v capabilities. Installed new 5,000 btu a/c and rebuilt and improved it"s enclosure. (resealed and installed 120 v exhaust fan for improved cooling, added 2 12 v fans, am/fm cd radio, 3-way battery switch and replaced electrical wiring. Removed rear tire carrier and constructed new locking rack under rear. Used 4 times camping in 2003, and unused since. Per pending sale, new 2018 date code 15" tires, 2 date code 2015 deep cycle batteries in new battery boxes on newly constructed battery tray. A new 2" coupler welded as replacement. Rear lights removed, new cargo platform constructed with tie-downs and new tail light and license plate lighting. A new cargo box with tie downs is included. 2 sway control bars with trailer mounted balls with electrical adapter also included. Refrigerator has been run only on 120 v. 12 v and gas is available but not needed and tested. Refrigerator thermometer shown inserted in freezer compartment at 21 degrees f on 120 v. Installed all new roof vents including 14" and max air. All windows now have drip edges. Installed new crank down trailer jack-includes foot and wheel.
