1994 Fleetwood Tioga Class C Motorhome. This motorhome is running and could be driven home if you live fairly close. I recently purchased this motorhome for a family vacation in the future and have decided I do not have the time to fix it up to use it. I drove it over 300 miles and was fine even though it runs rough. This motorhome will start up every time and will drive fine as it is now but is not road ready. I"m not a mechanic but it seems that it just needs a good tune-up as it has been sitting for awhile previous to me purchasing it. It is drivable just running a little rough. The outside for the most part is in decent shape, just needs a good cleaning as it has been sitting. The tires are brand new with under 300 miles on them and all 7 have been replaced (yes including the spare). The canopy is newer as well. It has an on-board generator in it so you could go anywhere and park using this as your home. I have to clarify that I know very little about this motorhome as I have not owned it that long. I do not have the time to mess with it but it seems like a good machine and would back someone that wants a project a good home away from home.
I have to tell you that at one point there was a leak in the driver side of the motorhome in the roof. They have since repaired and coated the roof so it no longer leaks. The motorhome has water stains on the ceiling and water damage on the driver side of the motorhome. Also, someone from the previous owner tore out all the paneling on the whole driver side of the motorhome. New paneling needs to be glued back on in order to fix this area and there will be no issues. The other issues is the overhang/bunk area of the motor as that has sustained extensive water damage and the wood rotted out causing the fiberglass to break off the front end. We have re-framed this area but it still needs fiberglass to finish it off. Once this is done this will be sealed up and ready to use. This area is tarped and covered now along with a tarp that is covering the entire motorhome. This tarp will come with it when it is sold.
I have explained as much as I know and the pictures should be able to tell most of what is wrong with it. Please remember that this is not a brand new motorhome and for it"s age is a decent motorhome. THIS IS A PROJECT AND NEEDS WORK! But with a little time and TLC it will make a great machine! This is being sold AS-IS with no guarantee"s at all. I know very little about it so I can"t give you much more detail than this on it. I feel the price is reflective of the work that needs done and would as that no low ball offers be sent. If you intend to purchase this motorhome I ask that you have a rating higher than 10 and have good feedback score. I ask for an email within 12 hours of the purchase of this motorhome and a deposit of at least $500.00 within 24 hours following your purchase.
