Last time listing. . 1994 Rockwood Popup Toy Hauler. Good for quad, golf cart or motorcycles. Pic shows it with a 4x2 Gator (Gator not included). . .Canvas in good shape. No leaks. LED running lights. Clear Michigan title. Needs some TLC. A few trim items need some attention. The canopy bag was lost in a wind storm. Canopy still intact. Rear flat deck needs to be replaced. Has all appliances and furniture intact. 1 interior cabinet was cut out to install a portable air conditioner (AC not included). 3 axles. Some pics show it with 2 axles but 1 was added.
