This is 1994 Coachman Catalina motor home is ready for camping and road tripping!
What is awesome and working well: - Easy to drive and runs like a song! - low miles and recently used for cross country road trip - Engine recently evaluated, no deferred maintenance, oil change less than 50 miles ago - Electric systems- all lights and plugs working - Brand new coach battery (November 2017) - Gas Heater - Toilet system - Water heater - All sinks - Stove and oven functional and very efficient - Microwave - All upholstery in great shape, no tears or stains - Radio and speakers have been updated - Included in sale: adapter for RV electrical to standard 110 volt, a brand new surge protector, wheel chalks, new flush line and repair kit for auto fiber glass. This is everything you need to go camping tonight.
What needs work: - Generator is not currently operational - Some water damage, primarily over cab and coach door - We have not used the air conditioner so the condition is unknown - Refrigerator
