This RV for the age has been kept in really good condition. When I first received the RV, it was running on a 30 Amp circuit with a 1 stage charging system. I upgraded the whole electrical system to support 50 Amps which means you have more then enough power to support all of your needs. The Onan Marquis 7000 Watt Generator is supplied using a brand new Powermax Automatic switch box as well using both legs of the 50 Amp circuit. There are 6 brand new tires ready for the long trip with a spare in the compartment by the brand new step recently installed. This RV drives like a van and very smooth with the front air bags helping out the suspension. I have done a lot of work both inside and out to bring this RV back to it"s vintage look with modern upgrades. I have upgraded all lights in the RV with Leds to give the house batteries a longer lasting life when camping off grid including brand new led headlights to help brighten your way on those dark nights. The awning is in great shape with a metal cover to help protect it from the environment. There is also plenty of storage throughout the entire RV for those long trips. The Onan Generator has been given a recent tune-up and runs great. If you wish for me to put the original TV" s in the RV prior to picking it up or driving it home, I will certainly do that for you. On the inside there is no sign of stains or damages and over all is in great shape. I recently replaced the faucet and water filtration system with a 4 stage filter. The gas lines have all been checked and works perfectly. The engine is very strong and will last for many more carefree miles to come. I have installed a winterizing line to keep your water lines from getting damaged during the freezing cold nights. All plumbing, electrical 12V & 120V, and appliances are working perfectly. There is one thing though. The windows does have condensation built in but regarding to the instructions there is a drain area that needs to be cleaned. I am not sure how to do it and I didn"t want to break the windows. All manuals will be included in the RV. I have taken great care of my RV and am hoping you will enjoy it as much as I have.
