| “ Used Aprox 75K miles. New Rebuilt Long Block Chevrolet 454 Engine by ProMar Engines Installed 300+ miles ago. Has new Universals in drive shaft. Drive Shaft had new Yoke Assembly Installed and was Balanced before reinstall. Has new center carrier bearing on driveshaft. New Distributor Assembly, New Plugs, New 47000 Volt Summit Racing Distributor Coil. New Exhaust Pipe Donuts and Bolt Assembly(2). New Electric Radiator Cooling Fan. Awning in great shape but needs new return spring assembly. Of course new Filter and Oil in Engine and Generator. New Inline Engine Fuel Filter. 2 Tires replaced in last year. Other Tires appear to be in good shape. New Cushions in sway bar. Also has extended stay propane set up, can use tanks sold at nearby stores. 2nd Owner, Installed New Air Bags in front coils less than 1 yr ago. Installed New Wireless Color Back Up Camera System, 6 months old works perfectly. Interior is in excellent condition for 1994. Have kept plastic runners down on carpet since owning. Re-coated roof with white rubberized paint just after purchase, and continue to re-coat areas that I think need it. No leaks anywhere. Everything in RV is in working condition, (A/C), (Refrigerator- Electric and Gas), (6 Gal Water Heater-Gas), (Gas Furnace), (3 speed Exhaust Fan-Forward), (Shower w/Tub), (External Shower - works great), (All Holding Tanks in good working order), (Rear Bumper Holds Drain Hose for Tanks), (All lower Storage Areas are in excellent and clean condition), (Installed Heating Pad on Fresh Water Tank-Electric not hooked up yet), Started to Install Dish System, Dish Installed on Roof w/3 feed Horns, needs multi switch unit and receiver.
