1993 Rockwood "Frontier" 26 ft Class C rv. Ford F 350 Chassis with 460 Ford V-* power plant, (5.7 Liter Power Steering ( has a slow leak) Breaks, AC-self charging capable - all in good shape 73,000 miles, runs great plenty of power, Tranny- good, Brakes good, Can use new frion as old system was replaced, Tires good recently rotated and balanced, Suspension good- recently checked Drive train good recently put new U joints Oil changed at 73 K miles Front wheel bearings need to be packed, Windshield - cracked, Interior pretty good rugs need cleaning, COACH AC good Generator good, Hot water heater good - replaced last year, Refrigerator just rebuilt - good Microwave good, Water pump good, automatic stabilizing jacks not working never worked, roof good no leaks, plumbing good, Upholstery good (could be cleaned, rugs okay but could be cleaned. there is a nice rug underneath the one but it needs cleaning, tv antenna needs to be plugged in on roof, two drawers need runners nailed down, One power port works but two don"t, Oven needs cleaning because a mouse made a nest in it. Nest is gone The interior is pretty good but it is not perfect. Mostly cosmetic. Curtain on loft need cleaning or replaced. It could use some new shades, toilet lid is broken on one side but it is usable, Coach has been cleaned and looks pretty good. We hit a redwood tree so the upper right corner of rv had to be repaired. So there is some body damage but it was fixed, No leak. It just isn"t perfect. The outside of the rv is in okay condition with painted base and some new striping . We did this ourselves so it is not professional. Because this rv is not new there are some cosmetic issues. SELLING This as is, where is. The reason we are selling this is because we wanted one with a slide, which we found on ebay. Will add more pictures having trouble uploading them .
