1992 Hi-Lo trailer 26 ft. (29 ft. overall) Front sofas make into a queen-size bed. Dinette makes into a twin-size bed. Front table has an extension leaf. New Electric Magic Chef refrigerator last year. 4 burner gas stove & oven. We are including a toaster oven and newer small fridge, small freezer and microwave. No leaks – roof, windows, walls, plumbing or drains. Good furnace and ice-cold air conditioning. New black water gate valve two years ago. 2 new 30-gallon propane tanks. New awning fabric 2 years ago. Like new tires. 1 new axle 3 or 4 years ago. Needs new water pump for water tank use - currently bypassed. Hitch levelers and Carr anti-sway bar. Has towed easily with our 4.7 L Toyota Tundra ¼ ton truck. Reason for selling – we keep it in Florida all year long so we don’t need or use its very low wind resistance tow ability.
