2007 Hi-Lo 22t hard sided popup camper. Vehicle had water damage on roof when I bought it 5 years ago. I did a lot of repair work on the inside but it"s far from perfect.
The bad: I fixed the leak, reskined the interior where the water damage was, covered the new plywood with vinyl tile, reskined the roof interior except in the bathroom. I forgot to winterize it back in 2016 and there is now a leak around the water heater. I don"t know where it"s leaking from exactly but it"s probably a pretty simple fix. Before this leak the water system worked great. The rooftop ac broke So I replaced it by mounting a new window AC in a wall box in 2018. It works quite well. I replaced the giant refrigerator with a smaller one under the counter, it was also new in 2018. Propane system was removed to save weight, I used to tow this camper with a 4 cylinder Tacoma. There is some cracking in the fiberglass end caps, I have patched them. There is some delamination on the passenger side top shell, I fixed the roof and inside but wasn"t able to relaminate the exterior. The entrance door is a little rough and sticks sometimes in the down position. The screen door latch broke So I screwed both doors together. It"s an older camper and I am sure there are more things I forgot, I know it"s not perfect and that"s why it is listed so cheaply. The 12v power convertor broke and the 120v system was replaced with the 12 outlet power strip that can be seen in the pictures.
The good: newer ac, newer refrigerator, brand new set of tires and rims in 2019. The cable/hydraulic lift system works well, the camper is easy to tow because of the low profile in the down position. Wife says it has to go so it"s a chance to get a neat camper at a great price, especially if you are handy because it could use some work. Great for someone that wants to go camping comfortably and doesn"t want to spend a fortune.
