Vehicle description
Up for sale is a beautiful & rare 1992 Beaver Baronet Diesel Pusher 35 feet long. This amazing and very well built motorhome is on a Gilig bus chassis. They were built using the highest quality and products. The motorhome is full air suspension. It has a $10,000 custom paint job in pearl white and two tone blues, that still shines amazing. The custom designs were hand painted on this motorhome, they are not decals. It turns heads no matter where it goes. The inside of the coach has all new laminate wood flooring and the highest quality oak cabinets, those are original. It"s powered by a CAT 3116 turbo diesel engine with only 115,635 Miles. It has Allison Transmission. Everything works and it"s fully loaded. It has a 6.6 kw NP-66G Generac generator, it works perfectly. 2 roof air conditioners that were just charged. The in dash A/C might need to be charged. It has patio and window awnings, leveling jacks, back up camera, full basement storage, queen sized bed in rear, Sleeps 4 total, the custom paint SHINES amazingly, 2 leather barrel Chairs, newly covered sofa bed in black vinyl, new Frigidaire microwave, beautiful custom granite countertops, 2 flat screen TV"s, lots of closet and storage space, standup shower, tires are all in good condition/shape, beautiful polished Alcoa wheels, tow package, backup camera, 4 Burner Stove, Double Sink, Sofa/Sleeper, Norcold refrigerator, LP tank, CB Radio, Dual stereos with CD and sirius radio , Auto Leveling System, it runs and drives great. . The fuel gauge reads on fuel mark at all times, I believe it needs a new fuel sending unit. It has all new belts and recent oil change. This motorhome could be driven anywhere. Air brakes are good. It also has an engine braking system. It has dual air horns. Roof is super nice on this motorhome with zero leaks. All 3 skylights have zero leaks. Two of the fan skylights, no longer open with the electric motors. This motorhome was $250,000 when purchased new, so it was of the highest quality in 1992. All the manuals come with the purchase of the motorhome and whatever service receipts that I have.
Imperfections with the motorhome currently: just to be open and honest. The front fiberglass bumper is cracked in two spots and paint is chipped away, also a small amount of paint broke off the right front side near bumper. However it still is very strong and structurally safe. I have put some blue reflective tape over some chipping paint near front bumper. The hood has some bubbles in the paint from the sun. On the right side of the rear mid level, there is damage in fiberglass from a tree branch. It caused a small hole in fiberglass, not completely through. It also chipped away and scratched the paint. There are a few spots on the motorhome where the paint has chipped away but for the most part the paint looks amazing. The right side of rear bumper has a small crack but still is solid. Some paint is also chipping away. Around the two front side windows, they need new seals. They are ok for now but will definitely need new seals soon. Along the a pillars near windshield inside, the leather trim is coming loose, needs to be re-glued. It presents very well, as you can see by the photos.
I have clean Wisconsin title for the motorhome in hand! !
