"91 Newmar Mountain Aire 37" all seasons camper. One 14" long by 4" wide super slide out. Aluminum frame, and double insulated. Camper was stored in covered barn for 15 years of it"s life. Everything works. Nice awning, 4 burner cook stove with oven, over the oven microwave, solid oak cabinets throughout, two 40 gallon propane tanks, good tires, shower/bathtub, A/C, furnace, lots of storage inside and outside. Spacious! Upgrades: tankless hot water heater, high rise pedestal toilet, rebuilt furnace, house size Hair refridgerator, sleep number mattress. This was a top of the line camper back in the 90"s, and has been taken care of. With a few simple home decor items, this camper will really pop. It was made to live in. We have owned it for 5 years. Weighs 12,000 pounds empty, but pulls very nicely. Has been completely and professionally resealed after a few minor leaks. (No structual damage due to aluminum frame.)
