This is a 1991 Fleetwood American Eagle 38 ft. diesel pusher. Second owner of the motor home. It has a 350 HP - 8.3L Cummins Diesel engine, Allison 6 speed automatic transmission, and Spartan chassis. Has exhaust brake. Engine and transmission has been serviced and are in great condition. A new Allison transmission module has been installed. Dash cluster was refurbished. Toyo tires on Alcoa wheels are 3-1/2 year old and come with wheel covers. Onan DKD 8 kw diesel generator works great and has been serviced. Generator runs off of main fuel tank. Two top roof cooling/heating units work great. Rear unit is new and is a Coleman Mach 8 plus. Both awnings are like new and work. Lots of storage located in lower outside bins. New coach batteries. AC/DC power inverter. New Iota converter is 75A. Solar panel on roof. Milwaukee automatic leveling jack system. Electric entry step. Back-up video cam. New driver"s side window. Tow hitch. Averages 12 mpg. Miscellaneous engine oil, transmission oil, gear oil, filters, etc. included.
The furnace heater, ice maker, refrigerator, microwave, and water heater work great. Water heater has new ignition control unit. Has combined tub/shower. Has washer/dryer unit.
