Chevy chassis with a big block 454 V8 engine, 40,173 original miles, been in storage for a few years. Runs and drives well, elderly couple no longer used it and traded it in at Ford dealership. NADA average base retail $10,300. Onan Emerald Plus 6500 generator, aluminum wheels, with canopies. Great size for travel or a super tiny house; still has a lot of life left in it. Recent engine oil & filter, trans. fluid & filter, generator oil. Needs a good recon inside and out but a solid vehicle.
