Vehicle description
1990 28 ft. Skamper. It"s a 5th wheel hitch. The tires are in very good condition and about 2 years old. The frame is solid. The floor is solid and has newer carpet tiles throughout. New insulation/vapor barrier and paneling on the walls and ceiling. * The shower and sink and toilet have been removed.* It does have a portable toilet. Some of the water lines and one grey water tank are still present- just not hooked up. Original closets are still there as well as an added armoire. Roof has been sealed and does not leak. The vents and air conditioner have been sealed off. The original air conditioner has been not used. I never tried to use it. It was replaced with a portable AC/heater unit that does come with the trailer. It heats and cools nicely. The electric outlet/wires have been removed. There are 4 LED lights that are wired in with Romex to a 110v plug for all 4. It just plugs in and the lights are remote switch. They are nice looking. So is the rest of the interior with white trim throughout. The trailer has a toy hauler door on the (driver) side rear. It swings out to the side. It"s very sturdy. It is paneled over on the inside of the door temporarily and can be easily opened up.
This is a very nice trailer for whatever you need. You may want to add a shower and kitchen or just use it as a toy hauler or put some beds in to camp. Either way, it"s well worth fixing up or just leaving as is.
I"m very easy to work with and will help getting it shipped if you ask. I"ll answer all questions.
The title says it weighs 6500lbs. but it"s likely to be less than 4500lbs according to the guy who hauled it to me. He said it was an easy job. Google the weight. It"s a 28 ft. Skamper with 2 axles, 5th wheel. All of the lights worked when I bought it and I have not tested them after the work was done. The brake assists also worked.
