2002 Skamper Lite Fifth Wheel S27RL Thor Aero Coach S-27RL Travel Trailer; 1 slide out, roll out canopy, 1 bath w/ shower & toilet, kitchen area with double sink, refrigerator, freezer and microwave, table with 4 chairs, Furnace, Air conditioner, Master bedroom with a queen size bed, fold out couch for extra sleeping capacity, outfitted with both electric and propane power options, new water heater installed recently, floor does have a section with a soft spot because of previous water heater leak but we will include some flooring (uninstalled), needs a new tarp above the slide out but that is nothing major, also the tub had some issues but we have purchased a brand new tub and that is also included in the price (uninstalled). Could certainly be used as it is but with a few days of handyman work she’ll be near perfect. NADA Shows a suggested list prices of $10k and $24k (depending how you run it through) but we are planning a substantial building project this summer at our house so we need to move it along ASAP I don’t have time to finish getting it ready, so the first $7,000 (or highest bidder at the end of 7 days) takes it.
