This is a great bus with lots of potential. I’ve driven it about 15k miles and we’ve had very little needs. It will make a great conversion bus for an RV. It has to have a blower motor re-installed (it went bad and we had it completely rebuilt). I have only let the bus idle for the last year. We are not using it and need/ are looking for a shuttle bus. The Silver Eagle needs TLC. I will drive it (clear title, licensed and insured now) before sale to make sure all is well. Push button transmission works great. Engine (Detroit 6V92, with only 220k!) starts right up every time. Gauges work fine. It’s a lot of bus and just more than we need for our church/school. The price has dropped because in driving it last week I found a leaky high pressure oil line. I’m not sure what it does, I think it runs big fans for cooling in engine compartment (my guess).
