I bought this camper in North Dakota in 2014 to turn into an office trailer. I paid $1,250.00 for the camper. Right after I purchased it, the oilfield crashed and I brought it home to New Orleans to remodel it. I put $2,400.00 in it to repair and reseal the roof, repair all the appliances and the air conditioner, change all the vent cover and install an electric tongue jack and new gas regulator. As you can see in the photos the inside has water damage on the walls due to broken roof vents. The floors are solid and the roof no longer leaks. The outer shell is in good condition and the camper pulls nicely. If you have a little time to show it a little bit of love this would make a good hunting camp, camper or office trailer. So I have $3,650.00 in it, but I am going to start the auction off at $1,500.00. I really don"t want to get rid of it, but I already have 2 other campers, so my loss will be your gain. If you win the auction, you can pick it up in Bristol, TN or I can deliver it for a fee. I do have a clear title in hand. I believe the approximate length is 20". Happy bidding.
