30 ft Class A with 47,000 miles.

Strong Engine that Starts and runs great. Generator Starts and runs great.
It has a walk around Queen bed in the rear. Plenty of cabinets and storage inside and out.
Has a dinette that converts to a bed and a sleeper sofa. It also has a bed that lowers from the ceiling above the driver seat. Can Sleep 7!
Kitchen has a 4 burner gas stove with oven and hood, double sink, microwave, ample cupboards and 2 roof vents.
Bathroom has toilet, sink, roof vent, shower is across hall.
Roof AC Unit Blows Cold Air.
4k generator - starts right up
Outside is straight but faded and has the usual wear and tear of an RV this age.
2 batteries replaced last year.
Replaced Steering stabilizer and radiator 3 years ago.
All Glass is good, no cracks.
Super big awning in good shape
Maxx air covers on vents on the roof
Preped for TV"s inside and has an outside TV mount! Also has an outside satellite mount, ready to GO.
Chevy 454 7.4L with fuel ingested throttle body.

This is a fun RV - A CLASS! Road Trip, Camping, Tailgate, - Mobile Man Cave We used this RV for Football Games and NASCAR races. We put about 9,000 mils on it since we bought it 4 years ago. I am selling the RV because we have not used it all summer and we lost our parking spot where we have stored it.
I am selling this under NADA value because it does need some work. The RV is very much drivable for long distances.
1. It has a very slow break fluid leak. I still drive this RV but need to add fluid after a few days. I replaced all the break lines at a cost of $900, but it still has a slow leak. 2. The roof is original and will need to be resealed at some point. It has been repaired but will eventually need fixed. It has leaked in the past but is not leaking now due to repairs. 3 Rust on back bumper and under 1 of the passage front external small storage compartment 4. Refrigerator has never worked. I am unsure of the issue. 5. Shower went unused but works and will need caulking before use. 6. Sold as is 7. $600 deposit within 48 hours of auction close.
