Great hunter"s cabin or project piece. Sleeps 6. Has refrigerator, stove with oven, microwave (older original), bathroom and shower (separate from bathroom). We bought it for a project and it turned out to be more than my husband could handle and is stressing him out. Time to say goodbye.
Some of the things we fixed: We replaced the subfloor in the rear bedroom area. Started changing it from a bunkhouse to a queen bedroom.
Refrigerator works but the door falls off. A/C runs great. Water pump worked last fall but we haven"t tried it this summer.
Built on a Ford E-350 Custom chassis. Has a 460 EFI engine. Runs good and the automatic transmission shifts out great. Rooftop A/C unit works.
