Vehicle description

1989 F-Superduty 4x4 truck with 1978 camper attached. The truck has a heavy duty 5 speed manual transmission and HD manual transfer case. It is powered by a 7.5L 460 industrial grade engine. All maintenance is current and has been done regularly. It runs perfectly and uses no oil, the A/C is ice cold, and the heater works amazing. I would drive this thing across the country tomorrow. I have owned it for the last several years and performed the following upgrades. New roof top A/C unit, updated self-lighting furnace, roof has been resealed, new shower surround, new 55-gallon fresh water tank, all roof vents upgraded to metal to prevent weather cracking, stabilizer jacks connected to frame, air bags on the rear suspension for added capacity and ride height, total rebuild of front HD Dana 60 axle; every seal, bearing, etc., new front shocks, 6 new aggressive off road tires, and much more I’m surely forgetting. The camper portion has a queen size bed above the cab, a pullout couch that has is roughly the size of a king size bed, the table folds into a full-size bed, and the rear shelf also turn into a full-size bed. For its class C-size it can accommodate a lot of people if need be. All of the appliances work exactly as they should including the oven. It has a 6-gallon hot water heater, vented furnace, dual powered fridge (propane and electric), three burner stove, and rooftop A/C combo heat pump unit. The camper is older and very comfortable, but not perfect, it is after all 40 years old. You know the saying “they just don’t build them like they used to” and it’s definitely true with this one. The insulation is amazing and I have spent many nights in below freezing temperatures with no issues. The toilet, shower, and both sinks work as they should and are a welcome sight after a long day of hiking, hunting, or riding. This unit was built to venture into the backcountry and go where other RV’s would never dream of, and with its 4-wheel drive and low gearing it does it with ease. My family and I have enjoyed it over the years and have pulled everything from a side by side to a car hauler trailer with it and it has never let us down. We are selling it because we are moving and cannot take it with us. I have a clean tile in hand, it’s cleaned up and ready for adventure! This is your chance to own a well built affordable 4x4 motorhome for a great deal. If you haven’t researched a 4x4 RV I encourage you to do so, as you will not find a better deal anywhere!
