| “In great condition for its age and Partially restored. Restoration mostly cosmetics. All systems present and appear in good condition but Will need to be checked and/or worked on. We have NOT touched the plumbing/bathroom/stove/furnace... you need to have it all checked and plugged in as needed by someone who knows what they are doing... my husband's arms have had 11 surgeries and he just can't work on it any more that's why we are selling it AS IS. Electrical is in working condiotions, all lights work. Missing light fixture in bathroom will need to be replaced.Roof in great condition. No leaks. Tow lights were tested; Right turn, left turn and running lights work. We are assuming is mostly replace bulbs for the rest since there’s power going thru the connector.” |

1973 Rancho El Rae In great condition for its age and Partially restored. 14" long (17" with tongue) 1700lbs dry. This trailer has a BATHROOM, lots of storage throughout, drop-down bed above the dining area. All the original hardware on all cabinets in working condition. All original windows and screens in working condition. All original metal engraved information plakers in excellent shape. All original light fixtures. Original vinyl flooring in great shape. We made a new table for the dining area but still have the original table if you want it. Front fiber glass awning original and works great. We have not tested fridge, furnace or plumbing systems in any way. All are intact and appear to be in good condition but we make no guarantees and sold as is. READ CONDITION DESCRIPTION(SELLER NOTES ABOVE) . Road ready, my husband will pack bearings before pick up. Pictures speak for themselves, just message me if you have questions. Title in hand.
