Older Avion travel trailer (1989). Very good condition. Recent renovation almost complete. New interior paint, toilet, AC unit, electric tongue jack, and tires. Slate counters in kitchen and bath, nice kitchen backsplash, and water filter on kitchen sink are a few of the "added features".
A previous owner had disconnected all gas, and removed LP tanks, and stove/range. The LP tanks and stove/range have been reinstalled, but not yet reconnected. Water heater (10 gal) and refrigerator run on electric. Water/sewer systems and all electric have been gone over and are in good shape and working properly (with the exception that new batteries will need to be installed). Trailer has 30Amp service, but has an separate (additional) 15Amp power line run that will let you run more appliances, lights, etc as needed.
Interior of trailer is in excellent condition. Lots of storage and room. Two single beds. Room for a pullout sofa to be able to sleep four. Exterior is in good condition. The arms for the large awning were damaged in a pop-up storm. They will need to be replace. The awning itself is in very good shape. All the other awnings are as well, and they work as they should. There are a few minor dents, dings, etc on the exterior (as should be expected for the age) but it is very solid.
This trailer has been used for extended periods and will provide many more years of great use!
