We are selling our 34" Avion, we gutted everything except for the bathroom, built custom bunk beds with new mattresses and a custom double bed with new $450 mattress, installed new kitchen cabinets and bucherblock countertop, needs sink installed but all plumbing has been tested and is leak free, new heat pump Domestic $1400 roof air. I have never tested or used the propane and was thinking of getting rid of it but the tanks and lines are all there. Tows great and bearings and tires are in great shape, just got back from 300 mile trip. All electrical works fine. Weight is 6000 lbs. Triple axle is super easy to tow. The largest Avion ever made and these are made a lot better than Airstreams, I love Airstreams and have two of them but the Avions are a lot better built. I do not have any of the factory cabinets other than what was in the bathroom and was not touched. All glass is in great shape and windows open fine. All trailer lights and marker lights work. I bought it from Alabama and they don"t issue titles to old trailers so it comes with a bill of sale. Deposit due within 24 hours and payment in full within 3 days of auction ending. If you don"t have the money, don"t bid. If your wife didn"t see it or like it then don"t bid. . New Dupont Lifetime flooring, all new coat of paint on all walls and ceilings. We took her camping 3 weeks ago and had a great time. Finish the easy stuff the way you want. All subfloor is in good shape. No leaks and no rust on the frame that I can see, this was always at Southern unit. I resisted the Avion because some idiot with a 0 rating bid on it then baled, if you have a 0 rating do not bid I will delete your bid. The bunk mattresses are included and are brand new.
