1987 Toyota Sunrader very clean. Registration out since Feb 2018. Runs good. I bought it as a backup apartment but didn"t need. Haven"t registered under my name but have the signed title. New horizontal propane tank. Could use a 2nd new one (new standard). These tanks can be pulled out and filled anywhere. Fridge works great, stove and water work great. Haven"t checked the hot water heater or furnace, but probably work. I will check this week. Just changed oil, spark plugs, new rotor and cap, new spark plug wires. Interior is solid. Could use and upgrade or nice paint job to get rid of the ugly wood grain look of the 80"s. 4 speed transmission. Aaron 323 630 4697
