Here is a nice condition 23 foot camper on a Ford E350 Econoline van. Engine is a 460ci V8 4 barrel carbureted that starts and runs well, Transmission is a C6. Brakes and tires are good. Has sleeping room for up to six, overhead sliding loft, fold down dinette, and rear full size mattress. Sit down shower, flushing toilet, wash sink with storage in rear bath. Kitchen has Three burner range top and oven, range hood with upgraded lighting and vent fan, Microwave in upper cabinet and lots of storage. Two basin sink with cutting board. Under the dinette is the fresh water tank on one side water heater on the other. Refrigerator and freezer work well but on propane only, electric setting does not work. Has a furnace with a ducted vent in the rear bed area that has a squeak in the fan. Roof A/C needs 30 amp circuit. Status panel for battery water propane and holding tank levels. Privacy curtains around the bath and rear bed areas. Fresh water pump replaced, water heater tank replaced. On the outside there is a roof access ladder, trailer hitch with 7 prong trailer plugin, spare tire and sewage hose in the bumper. Large basement under the bed with interior reach in. Generator cabinet has custom leveling blocks. It does not have drive a/c, compressor is bad, one drive battery and one coach battery, replaced water pump and fan clutch.
