30 ft Fleetwood Bounder with a 454 engine, ran a year ago, needs batteries, needs water tank, and new hose for toilet. Has 1 small leak in back bedroom by AC unit, other than that everything works great. Never used generator, not sure if it runs, propane heat works well.
