Clean. 3-way fridge (gas, AC/DC) is large and works very well. Shower, toilet and sink. Closet. Couch folds down to sleep two. New upholstery and curtains. Smoke and CO detectors. Floor covering in excellent condition. Propane furnace with wall mount thermostat works very well. Room for two 20 lb propane tanks. Holding tanks, fresh water, and battery state monitors all work. Exterior in excellent condition. No A/C but electrical and vent is in place in the roof if you want to add A/C. Four hydraulic jacks. Roof in very good condition. Three roof vents in good condition. Power vent in bathroom. No leaks, no water damage. All interior and exterior lights work. Always stored when not in use. YOU WILL NEED AT LEAST A 3/4 TON PICKUP WITH 8" BED TO USE THIS CAMPER.
