We have the current registration. The trailer itself is 10ft long, 6 feet wide and 8 feet tall. We had the wheel bearings repacked 2018. Brand new tires 2018 and painted the rims. We had a new step up installed 2018. We had tail lights repaired. We put in new door locks 2018. There are electrical and water hook ups. We had the interior partially gutted by a professional. So we could do a rebuild. The wall, floor and ceiling we left in place. There is wallpaper over the paneling that can be peeled off and some has been already. The trailer is ready for you to finish demo and make it your own. Purchaser is responsible for the transportation and or shipping of trailer to their destination. Currently located in Bullhead City, Arizona. Any questions please ask before the end of the sale. It"s adorable but we decided the project was more than what we wanted to take one.
