| “This is a project trailer, as I previously have used it as an office trailer on feature film productions.The interior has been gutted so as to remodel, however, I never got back to it and it will be sold as is.The separate 10’ garage includes an electric winch operated ramp, aluminum diamond plated flooring, 2 rows of e-track, 3 rows of custom floor tie down track, 2 toolboxes, and 2 locking cabinets.the refrigerator is ice cold, and it has a 14’ slide out. The ac unit is not working, but it probably has to do with the fact that I removed the furnace, which operates on the same thermostat.the furnace is still included, and can be easily reinstalled I gutted the bathroom so as to have a outside entrance, but it can easily be reconfigured to your needs. This is a heavy duty trailer, with 3 7000# axels. It has made multiple trips across the country on production shoots with no problems. There are no kitchen appliances aside from the refrigerator. Included with this trailer is a Reese sliding 5th wheel hitch, and a new 3 step fold out stair unit for bathroom (installed by purchaser). I have just added (2) brand new 6 volt golf cart batteries that were installed on 4/25/2019
