Up for sale is a 1985 Casita patriot 13ft Deluxe trailer, its well equipped with a front wet bath, rear dinette which converts into a full bed that can sleep two adults. Everything in the trailer is in working condition. All original interior, very clean interior, no Oder, never smoked in, original carpet walls still in excellent condition, water boiler serviced and 100% working condition, original Dometic fridge in 100% working condition, black water holding tank was replaced a few years ago, propane strove in 100% condition, new power converter, and battery. Checked and replaced most of the propane lines. There"s No fiberglass damage, no leaks, all of the windows has been re-sealed, exterior screw caps has been replaced, 14" vent cover replaced, two 13” brand new tires/rims, wheel bearings has been re-greased and recapped. Deep cycle battery replaced. always been garage kept or under a carport.
