Camping or Move In Ready: Everything works.
Purchased in South Carolina in 2013. (I"m the 3rd owner) Coated with Everbrite in 2014. New stove/oven installed in 2014. (barely used since) Sealed entire roof with EDPM (EDPM is a liquefied version of a synthetic rubber) in 2015. New gasket for A/C roof in 2015. I removed the couch in early 2016 and found rot in the corners. (Did it right and completely removed and replaced subfloor from front to door.) New light fixtures and switched to LED bulbs in 2015. Wheel bearing pack in 2016. New tires in 2016. (Maybe 1000 miles on them so far.) Furnace overhauled/with new thermostat in 2016. New water pump in 2016. Progressive Industries" Hardwired Electrical Management System installed 2017.

Hardwood floor added 2017. Replaced counter tops throughout in 2017. New sink and faucet in bathroom in 2017. New faucet in kitchen in 2017. Polk Audio speakers added in 2018.
