1984 Southwind motor home that needs work. It has the 2 single beds in the back. Couch that comes down as a bed. Sleeps 4. And is sold as is. buyer to tow away, Unless you bring a new battery and fresh gas and some starter fluid should do the trick as it has not started in a couple years. The tags are in the non op. status so no back fees for California. We have cleaned it up on the inside somewhat and you can give it a better cleaning when you get her home.
Mileage is not true. It shows 31000 miles and it is not working so miles are unknown but i do not think it is a lot more maybe closer to the 45k area.
You will be responsible if you want to put it on the road for smog and all smog related items. It is being Sold as is. The Ref. does not work. It did at one time but no longer it will need work if you plan on keeping it. (parts are hard to find on this model) The Hot water heater needs a part. The Stove does work. It Has a leak in the rear bedroom area and we can not find it. Sealed the roof area and around the windows still no luck Just have not found the spot. Was being used as a living arrangement and No longer need it.
The tires are worth the starting price alone. As they are just a few years old with no cracks or checks they have maybe 100 miles on them if not less.

i had Sold a Bounder for a few bucks more and the buyer drove off in it. It was some areas in better shape in my opinion and not so good in other areas. The south wind will make a good coach after you put some time ( elbow grease ) and a few bucks into it. But can not guarantee anything. I do guarantee it did run when it was parked and very well to boot. (passed smog with flying colors at the time)
