1984 AVION TRAVEL TRAILER- 30 FEET. Condition is Used. . 1984 AVION TT, model 30P FOR SALE (Disclosure andinformation April, 2019) Thefresh water tank leaks if filled more than about one-fourth (1/4 th )full. (Pressurizedwater from an outside source works fine with no leaks) Theroof leaks around the front two overhead vents in a prolonged rain—I believe thewater enters because the air conditioner could use a new gasket between theunit and the roof. Thepropane electric gauges do not work because of the federally mandated OPDvalves installed that do not accommodate the electric gauges. Theradio works fine but the cassette tape portion “eats” tape. MODIFICATIONS Orangepower cord installed to furnish electricity to the water heater and a dedicatedspecial outlet for the microwave oven. If no electrical outlet is available for the orange cord then there isan outlet at the foot of the road-side bed where the microwave can be pluggedin so that it works as original from the factory. This modification effectively provides 50amps of power to the trailer and makes it possible to operate the microwave andair conditioner/heater at the same time. Aheat strip has been added to the air conditioner and a thermostat to controlthe heater function was added at the right end of the sink cabinet. NOTE: thetoggle switch to the right of the thermostat is necessary to determine whetherone is heating or cooling—the cooling thermostat is located on the airconditioner unit itself. Anew cable for TV has been run from the water inlet cubby compartment to thearea under the added thermostat. Theoriginal TV antenna and its flat TV wire is operational but not very friendlyto the digital signals now being telecast. Theoriginal owner’s loose leaf binder with paper work and specifications for thetrailer and replacements/upgrades and various parts list is provided. The trailer and its components is being sold “ASIS-WHERE IS” with no warranty of any kind. $9000.00 trailer—$35,000.00 for 2017 F-150 mated to trailer= $44,000.00for unit (will separate).
