Vehicle description
I purchased this RV in July in the state of Florida. My dad (retired 35 years at GM and my sisters husband (professional mechanic) spent hundreds of hours going through this motorhome and restoring it .• gas tank was dropped and cleaned • new fuel lines • complete tune up • new plugs/wires/alternator • carburetor removed and cleaned • 6500 watt Onan generator tuned up - new filter, plugs, oil change, muffler • Dometic Royale 3-way refrigerator currently runs on battery and a/c (needs a new thermocoupler to run on propane) • upholstery is in excellent condition for its age • above driver seat pulls down for a bed • couch pulls out to a bed • dinette makes into a bed • spot for two twin beds in the back. 1 there currently. • brakes in good condition • all fittings greased • all tires in new or good condition • new used T400 transmission installed by Dave’s A-1 in Bunnell, FL
Things yet to be addressed: • entry step stays in • 12 volt water pump that is used for shower and sink when not hooked to city water. • have not checked out furnace or water heater • small awnings work but worn. Have not tried to open big awning.
This is an excellent RV. It does show signs of wear to be expected for its age. Lots of room and storage. I bought it to drive to Michigan and work for the summer.
Contact me with any questions.
