Vehicle description

Selling my 1983 Bluebird Wanderlodge. Has a rebuilt 6V92 Turbo Detroit Diesel, a new Allison 5 speed automatic transmission, new Michelin steer tires, new tag axle brakes, seals and s-cam bushings. Brand new hydraulic pump which provides power steering and cooling fan for engine. Jake brake hooked up and adjusted properly. Recently updated with 2 white leather captains chairs, 2 chrome side mirrors, 2 propane heaters inside coach, 1 rooftop a/c, 10 gallon hot water heater, refrigerator/ freezer, and ice maker. Sliding diesel generator in the front bumper runs great and provides power to the coach. 300 gallon diesel tank, tons of water storage. Twin beds in the rear are new. The twin bed design in the rear allows you to keep your overhead storage over the beds as you have isle access. Window awnings in great shape. High velocity exhaust fan in the kitchen. New exhaust parts and intakes.
This Wanderlodge is finally road ready but life happens and my plans have changed. The clear coat on the passenger side is peeling but the paint is in good shape. The drivers side looks really nice as that side was not facing the sun. A really nice coach for the money! !
Call 757-693-1385 with questions. I have owned the coach for over a year. Over half of the year was spent sourcing a hydraulic pump. The old pump was still working but I wanted things to be perfect as I am kind of obsessive compulsive. Long story short no one could identify the pump. I sent it out to Webster and others but they said it wasn"t theirs. So I found a Wanderlodge guru and he gave it to his old school machinist. He did some calculations and sourced a match except it had a longer shaft which he cut and keyed. The manufacturer of the new pump is a Cross. So many new parts and labor on this beauty to make it ready for travel. If you call me I can tell you everything. All the time and energy that went into this machine by some of the finest Detroit Diesel mechanics on the planet. 2 older gentlemen that have over 90 years between them at a professional shop. I am seriously losing my @$$ and over 20k just to pass this thing along rightfully to its proud new owner. You will not be disappointed. This beauty is just too much coach for me.
