Pretty much everything works and we have kept it up really well. We used the heck out of it in the last couple of years. We want to sell because we have not be able to use it since my whole family has been traveling for work with me.
2 New $700 tires in the front that are 1 years old. Install 2 new thermostat $1200 in engine
$300 engine battery kill switch
3 New engine batteries.
Replace roof fan in bathroom
Spent $700 for new roof spot light…yes was not needed but we wanted to get it done.
Engine has been service about 2 years ago and generator at the same time and chassis lubed.
Radiator flushed about 1 year ago and all new fluids and all new hoses
It 8’ wide (widest you can be) and 40’ long with TAG axle
Engine is Detroit Diesel 8v92 and runs like a Swiss clock.
170k miles on engine (sorry when I first listed my RV I put the wrong mileage) This Detroit Diesel engine are millions engine so this one has no miles really
300 gallon fuel tank and huge generator is diesel also so uses the same fuel tank
100 gallon black and freshwater tanks with air valves
Has large propane tank and full size fridge (run propane, elec or genie)
Full size queen bed, jackknife couch in the front, sleep 4 persons easily
2 Captains chairs all white leather and in good to excellent conditions Interior was update with hardwood floors and all white leather furniture Gas 2 oven stove and heavy duty Microwave
Under sink ice maker, works great
Pull-out propane stove under the coach
All pull-out storage under the coach

I purchased the bus in May 2016 from a well known member of the “Wanderlodge Owners Group forum” who kept it in great shape. I have done the same for my bus and now looking for a new owner. Again pretty much everything works.
Looking for a a fair selling price. You can come and test out Motorhome on the weekend here in Houston and we can drive it around.
This not your typical Motorhome. .it is all steel construction and weight 48k lbs. Built by the Bluebird company that builds steel school buses and cost $650,000 in 1994. These Bluebirds are the safest and highest quality Motorhome ever built.
