1982 Casita 13" travel trailer In GOOD condition, no water leaks, 3 new tires, Interior in Great condition, Very clean, Exterior is also in Great condition, No fiberglass cracks or damage.
Interior: Almost all of the cabinet doors had been re-done with new wood and repainted. New wall carpeting, No floor soft spots, No vent or window leaks, the Propane gas had been removed from this camper and also the water system. There"s no Sink or stove. The electric system had been converted to 115v system with new fuse box and outlets. There"s a brand new electric stove, new microwave, custom installed ac system "very cold Ac", There"s no Fridge. JUST A ICE BOX.
Exterior: 3 new 13" tires, Bearing are in good condition, Very easy to tow. can be towed with pretty much any 4cyl or v6 vehicle. Previous owner had a tire blow out on the driver"s side and damaged the wheel well " damage has been repaired but not in prefect condition". turn signal lights in working order.
