The ceiling was recoated this year. It is 6 foot 2 inches tall from ceiling to roof and again it is 16 foot long. Title is in hand and CLEAR. THIS IS AN OLDER UNIT SELLING AS IS NO GAURANTEES. Again This unit was owned by ONE FAMILY and stored INSIDE when not in use so NO LEAKS and they bought it new and kept it nice. We just recoated the ceiling this year. The Bunk Mattress has original plastic on it but does have a quarter sized hole on one side. Bunk is folded up by ceiling when you want to use it you just simply fold it down so when not in use it can be stored up and out of the way. Sleeps 6 and it is 6 foot 2 inches tall from ceiling to floor. AGAIN SELLING AS IS NO GAURANTEES.
