“This extremely rare camper is believed to be a prototype. Own a piece of camper history with some mystery! I’m sure it would be quite a conversation piece. Has groovy orange interior with a floral bathroom. This camper didn't leak all winter and is dry inside. Like most older campers this one has some dents, dings and scratches. Three of the sides are actually in good shape. The entry side has dents, dings, bends, flaws, scratches, etc...and someone painted over it. I don’t know why it was painted or when. This camper would benefit from a new owner willing to give it the TLC it deserves. Some marker / interior lights need bulbs. The fridge works great and looks like new inside. Furnace works great and blows heat into the bathroom. The stove works also. The water pump turns on but I never had the plumbing system tested The tires have good tread for your ride home”

Vehicle description

Hey eBayers, I have my 81 Heritage camper up for a 5 day auction, that will run its course. Someone will own this interesting piece of American camper history! I believe it was made by Heritage Recreational vehicles in Granger Indiana. Some faint combination of letters and numbers written years ago on the front and back which may at one time indicated that it was a prototype or designated it somehow. >Serious bidders only! < Bid only if you"ll be able to pickup within 7 days after auction ends. Bid only if you can drive this far to pick it up please. Read the item description too for more info. Ok Camper tows great with decent tires and good working electric brakes for your ride home!. Recently tested the fridge and furnace and both work great! Fridge works on both LP and electric and still looks new inside! The furnace even has a heat duct into the bathroom/ shower area. Roof was coated in specific areas and caulking done last fall. No leaks and dry inside with a few minor ceiling stains/ flaws from years before that I left alone. A little paint and touch up would cover it well. All the paneling looks good. All original inside including classic window treatments. Non-smoked in. Still has that newer smell inside. Campers body measures about 14.5ft /17ft with tongue. The interior height is 6"1" Bed sizes are approx. front 48x80 rear 38x80. The exterior height approx. 7"10” ground to vent top and may fit in some garages. Weight per title is 2040lbs. FYI. .I noticed the vin on my title is only 7 digits (C489185) I added the 0001 here on to reach the 11 digit minimum. I had no problem transferring it in my name.Clear title in my name! Not sure where /or if this concept camper even has a vin stamped on it. I have not looked close for it yet. Either way I have the title. Both tail lights work. No battery. No keys. Spare tire holds air. Sold as-is. A 2” ball and a round 7 prong plug for lights and brakes. Local pick up! Feel free to email me questions about the camper or for a specific picture if needed. I try to be descriptive but may forget or not be aware of something. I only communicate through email during the auction. The pictures can help serve as part of the description. Again this is an unusual camper with not much known about its history. Buyer to pay in cash at time of pickup within 7 Days after auction ends. No Pay pal but you"ll need an account with them to bid on this "No personal showings or local sales during auction! All pics taken over the last few weeks. Trailer is located about 20 miles north of the Ohio border near Adrian Mi. Sold as-is. Thanks for looking!
