30" long. We have been using this camper for our guests, it"s set up in our back yard. It"s in nice original condition with original fixtures and wood cabinetry still inside. Everything works-the stove, water heater, fridge, a/c etc. The front area is open and we have an extra bed set up there for now. You could have it or we can remove it before you pick it up. The toilet, shower, and sinks work when hooked up to the water hose connection. *The portable fresh water tank is disconnected and would need some work on the filler hose before portable water would be able to be used.* The waste holding tanks are working good. The tires, brakes, and bearings are good and it tows nicely. *The wood around the rear bed windows has some water stains where it rained in the windows before we owned it, it"s not bad enough to tear out.* There is a pretty bad scrape on the rear driver side (as pictured). It did not break through the skin.* The undercarriage skin is in very good condition. Propane tanks work just fine and it has a new deep cycle battery. Electrical hookups work good. The roof doesn"t leak and I just replaced the front ceiling vent cover with a fiberglass one. Feel free to ask me any questions.
