1979 Dodge B300 Transvan model 69,294 Original miles 318 V8 5.2 Motor Automatic Trans
Drives & starts right up. Have only owned it since the summer, found in Iowa and drove 500 miles back to Chicago as a project. Things got in the way & we also moved so I have no room for it unfortunately!
Features: 1. 2 Booth style seats with storage space -1 booth containing 10ft. external extension cord 2. 1 Built in 4 person table 3. Bench seat with storage including: - 2 12V batteries & breaker for electrical use - Additional fold down bed sourced from another camper 4. Head unit radio was installed prior to purchasing, with speakers all around the camper. Although it had some connectivity issues the entire time I have owned it, the head unit plate kept falling off. Easy to replace. 5. 10" stainless steel sink with 2 40gallon tubs for water & a manual pump faucet. 6. Above head storage of the sink 7. Ventilation manual port in the rear of the roof. 8. 2 Huge Landscape Windows on both sides 9. 2 circular Bubble windows in the rear for ample lighting.
*Additional goodies!* 10. I have two extra full body Captain chairs 11. I sourced an additional camper door that is a bit small but can be fitted with some ingenuity! It is a full door that has a screen door attached to the back of it along with a rear window! 12. I have 2 extra mirrors for the camper 13. 2 extra triangle vent windows for the driver & passenger side doors (just incase)
Mechanically will need some work to have it in tip top shape! - Brakes all around, rotors & brake lines might need replacing in the future. - leaf springs will need to be replaced, they"re clamped on from the previous owner. - fuel lines may also need replacing! - haven"t looked at the carb but I’m sure it may need a clean - oil pan may need to be replaced or wire wheel clean up! - The gas gage does not work but thats it! - Windshield wiper motor needs replacing
Other than that its a solid midwest camper! Perfect for a project/restoration job! Perfect size for all cities big or small, main reason we got it.
