This 1978 Revcon 30’ Camelot twin bed model has had only two owners, the first was an owner of a Revcon dealership. This particular vehicle even had a special garage built for it, which has helped to keep it in really good condition. It has recently been equipped with new tires, and has had a full inspection and tune-up, including everything from the brakes, engine and generator to the power-retractable step. The powerful Oldsmobile 403CI has excellent power and the Revcon drives effortlessly at 65 on the freeway often overtaking other RV’s and trucks with ease. With the Independent front torsion bar suspension and rear Twin Track tandem axle the ride is smooth even over uneven surfaces.
The current owner has rehabilitated it, using the most authentic and period-specific upholstery available, including the front captain’s chairs, the pullout couch, and the swivel chairs. The mattresses have been replaced, as well.
This Revcon comes with an extensive amount of paperwork documenting its life, including the original brochures, the Travel Log, and shows October 12th, 1978 as the date of purchase.
Also included are the original owners manual for the coach, the Oldsmobile Heavy Duty Engine, Onan, Monetic, and even the Motorola radio (non-functional).
Even the original Revcon drink coasters are included, still wrapped in plastic!
