Vehicle description

My Loss is Your Gain! I bought this 1978 GMC Palm Beach in August planning for family trips and tailgates. We love the coach and have her running like a top but we found out that we need a bigger coach for our family of 4 + a friend for each kid and our two dogs. We have decided to sell her and look for a bigger coach. We worked the kinks out of her and now she is running like a top—I would seriously drive her anywhere. Here is her story—She was at Sirum’s GMC in Florida when the previous-previous owner bought her. He fell in love with the coach but she was tired and he had the passion and $’s to bring her back to life. He not only did some amazing things with her but he also kept her in her original state. He had Sirum’s do all the work and so much work was done. Below is a list of some of the work done at Sirum’s GMC. After he had her completely reworked at Sirum’s GMC he took it to National Jet’s in Ft Lauderdale and had her stripped down for a complete repaint to the original colors with new stripes. She looks fabulous and she should as the total amount invested was large! She then went to live in Austin TX- which was the location I bought her from. Since I have had her in August I have worked hard to get her back in tip top shape. Below is a list of the items I have replaced since I took possession. Today, the coach runs great all the kinks are worked out for someone to get a really nice coach. The Onan starts right up and runs great, the engine runs like a top and the transmission shifts smooth and she climbs the North Carolina Mountains like a champ. The propane 3 burner stove works, and the convection oven purrs like a kitten, the central vacuum is better than the one in my house and the bathroom is in pristine condition. The only thing that doesn’t work is the cruise control and it should be a simple fix as the system was replaced at Sirum’s GMC—I think it is just not connected so it should be an easy fix. Like I said at the beginning my loss is your gain. I paid $20,750 for the coach and spent roughly $4,000 getting her back into shape. My asking price for the coach is $20,000 OBO.
