Vehicle description
This is a 1978 Palm Beach RV. Made by General Motors in Pontiac Michigan. I"ve had a lot of new things done to it. I spent Over $950 for the new ceiling panels about $1500.00 for new upholstery and new carpeting. I had a major tuneup done on the engine. It still needs restoring and I"m not able to finish it. The refrigerator, AC, and the lighting and water pump works. The rear AC unit just switch on and off switch is locked up on it needs a new switch .The generator turns over but I don"t have a battery for it but it did run when I bought it when I drove from San Antonio to Houston. It"s a fwd automatic transmission with air ride suspension in the rear. it"s a 403 Oldsmobile engine. I put almost $6000 into it. The NADA RV Guide says that the list price on these models is $30,000 low value is $8500 the higher retail is over $10,000 I"m only asking the low value. It Runs good and drives good. It has a new marine battery on it. It has all new roof lights and everything works to get inspected that I know of. I"ll accept reasonable cash offers. But I would still need a $500.00 deposit. On Dec-19-17 at 17:02:30 PST, seller added the following information: I Installed a new alternator and starter on it. It has been kind of hard turning over. The gauge shows it’s putting out between 12v and 14V when running, though. On Dec-23-17 at 15:02:30 PST, seller added the following information: The microwave even works in this RV. The dial like gauge lights up. I"m trying to load a pic.
