Up for auction is our beautiful 1978 34" Vintage Avion trailer that has been restored and updated. We have been using our Avion as a Vacation Rental (Airbnb) for the past 2 months and the business has been extremely successful. We can send you the link for the listing if you are interested. We are selling because our county updated the code and "camping on your own lot" is no longer allowed unless the lot is vacant, ours has a home on it therefore our Airbnb was shut down. If you are considering using this for an Airbnb business please check your local codes to ensure it will be permitted.
The Avion has the original cabinets, stove and fridge. Includes a microwave, newer water heater, all new PEX water lines, 40 gallon black and grey water tanks. Recently the interior has been beautifully undated with water resistant laminate wood flooring, new paint, new shower head, custom curtains, kitchen faucet, and lighting. The Avion also has a gas furnace for heat and an AC unit, both are in working order. Rear bedroom with two twin beds can be closed off for privacy as well as the front area with the queen bed. Body of the Avion is in excellent condition, 6 Brand new tires, all running lights work, clean title. Avion is fully furnished and will include all the furniture and accessories for a successful Vacation Rental or just really comfortable camping trips!

Front living space: One electric wood fireplace, one flat screen smart TV, 2 blue tooth speakers, one queen sized Futon with new 12" thick mattress, mattress protector, electric heating blanket, two sets of hotel quality sheets, two quilts, 2 standard bed pillows, 5 throw pillows, one sham, one knit blanket, 2 ottoman poof foot stools, one grass woven basket and one large rug.
Rear living space: each new twin bed will have one mattress protector, 2 quilts per bed, twin mattress heating pads, 2 sets of hotel quality sheets per bed, standard bed pillow, 3 throw pillows, and one knit blanket per bed.
Bathroom: linen and clear shower curtain, two counter top baskets, one glass lantern, hair dryer, one steel trash can, one rug, hamper for laundry, 8 towels and 8 wash cloths.
Kitchen: 6 wine glasses, 5 glass cups, 6 coffee cups, 6 large plates, 6 small plates, 6 bowels, Silverware, serving utensils, 3 cutting knifes, 1 medium pot, two small skillets, one cutting board, cheese grater, hot plate/grill, dish drying rack (over the sink), salt and pepper shaker, condiment basket, sponge holder, wash rags, kitchen towels, floor rug, broom & dust pan, Keurig coffee maker.
