Vehicle description
1976 Airstream Overlander Land Yacht (27ft) was renovated in 2015/2016 specifically with the goal of camping off the grid.
What we replaced inside:
Subfloor in front half Insulation in front half Custom Cabinetry, including new table and butcherblock counter tops Gas/electric Dometic Fridge Atwood Oven/Cooktop Water Pump New light fixtures 2 Fantastic Fans 200H Battery Solar Energy System from Renogy (3 100 watt panels, inverter, charge controller) Laminate Flooring (needs to be replaced!) Nature"s Head Composting Toilet (that means no nasty black tank!) What we did for the outside:
Electric/Manual Jack New Zip-Dee Awning with Sunbrella Fabric Replaced Brakes Replaced Tires Replaced Axles Why it"s priced to sell:
There"s a leak we weren"t able to fully get rid of. (Agggh! )And so, some of the front seating area cabinetry has developed mold. Needs to either be super scrubbed with bleach or replaced. Said leak also did a number on the laminate floors, which should also be replaced. The bath/shower needs to be replaced along with some of the plumbing There"s a short in the running lights We never used the hot water heater or the furnace, so not sure what shape those are in! Has a dent in the back and part of the trim is coming off Needs new futon mattress We"ve put in about $25K in this trailer. Ideally, it will go to someone who has an appreciation for camping in beautiful, remote areas and is willing to put in a little TLC.
NO DELIVERY. Must pick up in Northwest Arkansas.
