1976 Argosy 22’ Trailer in good usable condition. The open floor plan is very functional and includes a full bathroom and kitchen. All fresh water piping was professionally replaced with PEX plastic in December of 2016. New propane gas RV water heater and new RV toilet was installed at the same time. Existing 12 v water pump, holding tanks (fresh, black, and gray,) and faucets were all cleaned and tested and are in good working order. Existing two way refrigerator/freezer works well on either fuel. Propane stove works well, but the oven does not regulate temperature correctly. The propane furnace is in place, but is untested. Vehicle plug, electric breaks, and trailer lights are in working order. The breaks were cleaned and inspected and the wheel bearings were repacked on 12/16/2016. The tires are in good condition. I have completed three 200 miles plus trips in the last six months with no problem. The existing rooftop air conditioning works and the outside skin is in good condition with the exception of some BB size dings in the right rear corner and some peeling paint on the front end cap (SEE PICS.) The belly skin is in place with only minor corrosion. The power convertor and interior lighting are functional and the power hitch jack is functional.
All windows operate and latch smoothly. Some window guide positioners have been replaced with new ones.
