Vehicle description

Being relisted due to a fraudulent buyer
1975 Airstream Overlander Land Yacht, trailer very vintage/original feel to it. Trailer has been on the west coast all its life, so the frame is very solid with no rust. Trailer is very road worthy with newer tires, wheel bearings and brakes it tows great given its age. Inside the trailer is like walking into a time capsule the counters and cabinets are all original and very solid. Appliances are all functional and original with no major issues. The floor is very solid with no soft spots in any of the area that is walked on while moving throughout the trailer. All of the original window coverings are intact but showing their age some of the windows have been resealed over the years as needed. Two changes that were completed about 5 years ago, the front couch was replaced with a double recliner and a flat panel TV was hung. The plumbing is still functional however is the one part of this trailer that would require immediate attention for use. The Plumbing itself is good but the hot water heater will need to be replaced, currently it has been bypassed so the water can be ran without leaking water into any compartments of the trailer. This trailer has been in the family for well over 25 years. In the last ten years it was stored inside and was used as temporary sleeping quarters for a farm helper who kept it very clean and did not smoke in it. The exterior of this cream puff has a few blemishes that can be viewed in the photos with a little elbow grease this trailer could be a real gem. This trailer would make a great vintage trailer for someone, use it as a travel trailer like it was meant to be used for or get creative with it. Mobile Hair Salon? Food Cart? AirBNB in the back yard?Guest Quarters for when your In-laws visit? The tires have less then 1,000 miles on them and are within 5 years of age. The wheel bearings were replaced, and brakes were serviced when the tires were replaced. If A buyer requests I would be glad to have the running gear inspected prior to making shipping arrangements as well just for good measure. Pros: New tires and good running gear Original Appliances, fixtures all functioning Solid Frame Solid Floor Working Air Conditioning Clean Title Solid Floors Lots of Family History Everything needed to allow this trailer to be towed works. Includes a pair of leg-o-matic folding chairs Cons: Hot water heater needs to be replaced Some minor body damage in the front lower corner and rear upper part of the body as shown in pictures
This trailer is not a trailer someone has started a half hearted/half baked restoration on. This is a very original time capsule that someone could easily replace a hot water heater on and have a trailer that is ready to go or you could totally renovate it into whatever creating you can dream up
